Cris went out of his way to help me with a problem that I was experiencing with my equipment. He put a whole night aside for me so that I could go to his house and be helped. He fixed all my problems and gave me an extra battery, too! 5+ stars

My 2nd order from cigtechs shipped out fast. About 12 bottles of Rath juice, one of them was accidentally the wrong mg. I sent an email at 1:15 PM today, and at 1:44 PM i got an email to let me know the package w/ the replacement item was on the way. Problem resolved in 29 minutes - awesome!

Had a question on a juice I'd ordered. Chris replied quickly to the message, and offered to send out a replacement, even though it was my mistake not his. My order was completed quickly, and the tracking number was in my inbox in a very short time. Highly recommended.

Cig Techs is where I got my first taste of Rath's Waffle Juice. 600ml later and I still love the stuff. Fast shipping and good customer service.

Got my PT for the 808, adapter for 501 batt to 808 and an extra auto battery 808 since I lost a battery riding the motorcycle.....Fast shipping,packaged well and decent prices
