With the continued help of the community, this thread will represent a State by State compilation of brick and mortar vape shops and vendors that allow local pick up. This is an ongoing project so if you find a shop or vendor that should be on the list but isn't, please shoot me a PM or post here VF I Need Your Help With A Sticky Project - Vapers Forum and I will gladly add it after doing my due dilligence.
