They were selling the kits at Ollies bargain outlet for $2/each and I grabbed 3 of them just for the hell of it.

I'm sure you could. I saw a guy rhino line a whole CBR motorcycle once, so I know it's ok on ABS plastic. lol..
I would make sure you prep it right, though. You may have to scuff it pretty good to make sure it sticks.
